Standard Package: $129.00*
  • Property  inspections on a biweekly basis. We check for mold, leaks, pest, lighting, and obvious repair. We will make sure your cable, phone and internet are operational. After each inspection you will be notified by our customer service department via email with the check list form of the status of your property.
  • Opening all the windows to allow home to air out.
  • Running the water in all the faucets to avoid stagnant water.
  • Air conditioner filter replacement at owner ‘s expense.
  • Cleaning service twice a year upon arrival or departure.
  • Window cleaning once a year.
  • Grocery shopping once a year.

 

Silver Package: $179.00*

  • Same services offered in the standard package plus:
  • Property inspections on a biweekly basis. We check for mold, leaks, pest, lighting, and obvious repair. We will make sure your cable, phone and internet are operational. After each inspection you will be notified by our customer service department via email with the check list form of the status of your property.
  •  Responding up to five security alarms per year.
  • Giving access to authorize personal upon owners approval up to four times a year.
  • Grocery shopping twice a year at the owner’s expense.
  • Cleaning services four times a year based on arrival and departure.
  • Window cleaning twice a year.
  • Touch up painting, light drywall repair twice a year upon arrival and departure, all the material to perform this jobs are at the owner’s expense.
  • Moving service twice a year upon arrival and departure ( inside your property ).
  • Installation of hurricane shutter up to two times per year.
  • Airport pick up and drop off twice per year.
  • Collecting all the mail and packages to be place in your unit upon request.
  • 24/7 Emergency respond.

Gold Package: $229.00*

This package has been designed for you not to have to worry about anything related with your second home. We also call this package the headache free.

  • Home inspections once a week. We check for mold, leaks, pest, lighting, and obvious repair. We will make sure your cable, phone and internet are operational. After each inspection you will be notified by our customer service department via email with the check list form of the status of your property.
  • Responding to all security alarms.
  • Grocery shopping up to four times per year at owner’s expense.
  • Giving access to authorize personal upon owner’s approval up to six times per year.
  • Cleaning service up to six times per year based on arrival and departure.
  • Window cleaning four times a year.
  • Touch up painting, light drywall up to six times per year. All material use to perform this service are at the owner’s expense.
  • Moving services up to four times per year. (Within the unit)
  • Installation of hurricane shutters as many times as needed it.
  • Turning on you vehicle on a weekly basis to keep it in good operating conditions during your absence.
  •  Complete car wash up to four times per year.
  • Technical support assistance up to four times per year.
  • Airport pick up and drop off up to four times per year.
  • Collecting all your mail and packages to be place in your unit upon request, If you need a package or mail to be send to you please contact customer service and we will forwarded it to you as soon as possible.
  • 24/7 Emergency respond.

All of the service packages mentioned are based on a monthly payment.

You will pick the package that is more convenient for you but that doesn’t limit you  to request a service that is not included in you package, just contact our customer service department and for an additional reasonable fee we will get it done for you.

We also offer all of our services individually.

  • Lets say you only need the home inspection service while your absence for as low as 50 dollars a month.
  • Cleaning service for a day.
  • Touch up paint or some drywall repair.
  • Or any obvious repair.

If you are in the need of a service that we don’t offer with in our company please contact customer service and we’ll be more than happy to research  and collect bids from vendors with the best price and service. (Collection of bids and vendor research is complementary to customers under contract with us).
